Jeffrey Andre Oakley Scholarship
We present this scholarship in honor of Jeffrey A. Oakley. Jeffrey Oakley was a media arts professional, working with filmmaking, photography, music and even fashion! Our goal is to assist up and coming artists as much as we can. Students may use this scholarship toward college tuition or wherever they see fit.
